HR Manager – Recruiting, People Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage recruiting processes in a high-volume environment — from posting vacancies and pre-screening to coordinating interviews
- Operational HR administration in Personio (contracts, onboarding, master data maintenance, standard reporting)
- Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers on recurring personnel-related and employment law questions
- Support the preparation of HR metrics for internal analyses
- Contribute to strategic HR projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field
- Alternatively: several years of professional experience in a similar HR role
- Initial hands-on experience independently managing recruiting and personnel processes
- Good knowledge of employment law and experience with HR systems, ideally Personio
- Confident user of common MS Office applications
- Business-fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, meticulous, and self-driven working style
- Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented demeanor
