About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Further development of corporate planning (budget, forecast, medium-term planning) as a central management instrument
Building and using driver- and scenario-based models to support strategic decisions
Analysis of business performance, variances and profitability and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
Development and standardization of management-relevant KPIs as well as management, board and investor reporting
Preparation of decision-ready analyses and materials for the CEO, CFO and management
Close collaboration with business units and an active role as a strategic sparring partner for leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, Transaction Services or Strategy Finance
Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, contribution margins and unit economics
Experience building or further developing controlling/finance structures
Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets; ideally experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
Experience in scale-ups, SaaS, platform or project-driven business models
Business-fluent German and good English skills
