About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the entire new-business cycle – from identifying potential partner law firms through presenting our solutions to successfully closing contracts
  • Identifying and acquiring potential partner law firms across various legal practice areas through proactive market and competitor research, networking and targeted outreach
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase the number of partner law firms and achieve defined growth targets
  • Building, maintaining and further developing long-term relationships with existing and new partner law firms
  • Professionally and clearly presenting our legal services, products and cooperation models
  • Independently negotiating contract terms, pricing and payment conditions in accordance with company policies
  • Close collaboration and coordination with various internal teams to ensure an optimal partner experience
  • Actively contributing to the design, optimization and scaling of our sales processes, systems and structures
  • Managing the entire sales funnel – from lead generation and needs analysis to proposal preparation and contract closing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent German skills at C2 level, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional presence
  • Strong customer and partner orientation with a commitment to building and developing long-term relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills, a structured approach to work and a high level of responsibility
  • Initial or several years of professional experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Business Development or a comparable role is an advantage
  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Law, Business Administration/Economics or a comparable field
