Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish for residential exterior renovation projects.
Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, inspections, and other sales efforts.
Meet with insurance adjusters, document the scope of work, and submit job documentation.
Upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and all relevant notes into the CRM system immediately after appointments.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates, explaining insurance paperwork, coordinating selections and upgrades, and collecting payments.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Project Coordinators, Supplements, and Production to ensure project progress.
Meet monthly sales quotas; maintain employment based on sales performance.
Work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays; perform field work including climbing ladders and walking roofs in various weather conditions.
Represent the company by wearing branded apparel and applying company-branded vehicle decals.
Requirements
