About the role

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that aligns with company objectives
  • Identify target markets, client segments, and sales opportunities within the region
  • Set sales targets and ensure the regional sales team achieves or exceeds revenue goals
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales managers; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; act as primary point of contact for high-level negotiations
  • Oversee sales team efforts in developing new business and managing existing client accounts
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project management teams to align sales efforts and support project execution
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to adjust strategies
  • Manage the regional sales budget and monitor/control sales expenses
  • Regular office-based work and field visits to client sites; travel as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams
  • Experience in the construction, restoration, or related industry is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales performance tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze sales data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours for office-based work and field visits to client sites
