About the role
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that aligns with company objectives
- Identify target markets, client segments, and sales opportunities within the region
- Set sales targets and ensure the regional sales team achieves or exceeds revenue goals
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales managers; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; act as primary point of contact for high-level negotiations
- Oversee sales team efforts in developing new business and managing existing client accounts
- Monitor and analyze sales performance KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project management teams to align sales efforts and support project execution
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to adjust strategies
- Manage the regional sales budget and monitor/control sales expenses
- Regular office-based work and field visits to client sites; travel as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams
- Experience in the construction, restoration, or related industry is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales performance tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze sales data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours for office-based work and field visits to client sites
- 150K base/draw structure
- Commissions
- Total compensation 200-220K/yr
