Account Executive

• Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish for residential exterior renovation projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters).
• Generate new business, including door-to-door outreach and inspections.
• Meet with insurance adjusters, document the scope of work, and submit job documentation.
• Upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and all relevant notes into the CRM system immediately after appointments to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer, providing regular updates, explaining insurance paperwork, coordinating selections and upgrades, and collecting payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Project Coordinator, Supplement, Production) to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience that meets Legacy’s service standards.
• Work flexible hours and perform field-based tasks such as climbing ladders, walking roofs, and working in various weather conditions.
