Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish for residential exterior renovation projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters).
Generate new business, including door-to-door outreach and inspections.
Meet with insurance adjusters, document the scope of work, and submit job documentation.
Upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and all relevant notes into the CRM system immediately after appointments to ensure accuracy.
Serve as the main point of contact for the customer, providing regular updates, explaining insurance paperwork, coordinating selections and upgrades, and collecting payments.
Coordinate with internal teams (Project Coordinator, Supplement, Production) to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience that meets Legacy’s service standards.
Work flexible hours and perform field-based tasks such as climbing ladders, walking roofs, and working in various weather conditions.
