Project Manager

• Ensure Water Projects are delivered as per Leep’s current process and documented procedures
• Accountable that all assigned project design activity is completed by accredited third parties and properly logged and reported in line with Guaranteed Standards of Performance (GSOP)
• Manage each project in line with the capital budget, tracking performance, and ensure compliance with financial, commercial, and regulatory requirements
• Accountable that financial controls are adhered to, including timely purchase order management, invoice review, and variance reporting are being undertaken across all assigned projects eg. Design variance costs
• Conduct regular audits of all sites and partners ensuring that any issues or defects are managed to resolution using the current company systems and procedures
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless asset handover with all documentation and contracts in place and that installation standards and pre-water on commissioning and testing meets or exceeds regulatory requirements
• Provide ad hoc operational support to the SPM and Head of Project Delivery on all assigned Water Projects for site enquiries or escalations
• Ensuring assets are delivered to best industry standards

Water Project Manager

Customer Support

• Deliver friendly, clear support across calls and digital channels from onboarding to resolution
• Understand and deliver against required objectives and targets delivering amazing customer experiences
• Responsible for the completion of all documented processes supporting our customers and completing key activities such as move in & out, billing, customer service, live incidents, collections and complaints
• Handling inbound calls & digital communications from our customers and working an outbound dialer to contact customers for delivery against objectives such as payment collection and debt prevention activities
• Proactively identify and apply additional support services such as Priority Service Register, WaterSure and Social Tariffs
• Take ownership of complex queries delivering clear resolutions in a timely manner for our customers

Customer Service Representative – Part Time, Fixed Term

• Lead the delivery of potable water utility infrastructure projects

Senior Water Project Manager

Business Analyst

• Support delivery of transformation initiatives aligned to the Medium Term Plan (MTP), enabling business growth, efficiency and improved ways of working.
• Elicit, analyse and document clear business, functional and non functional requirements, translating these into deliverables understood by both business and technical teams.
• Analyse current as is processes, identify inefficiencies, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities, and support the design of improved to be processes aligned to business and regulatory needs.
• Support the move from manual, spreadsheet driven processes to system led workflows, helping to reduce delivery risk and improve operational performance.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment, clarity and engagement across business areas.
• Use analytical and technical skills, including tools such as Python and SQL, to support insight, recommendations, reporting and data informed decision making.
• Support development of business cases, benefits tracking and performance improvement measures to inform prioritisation and demonstrate value.
• Produce process maps, user stories and supporting documentation for delivery across ERP, CRM, billing and operational systems.
• Coordinate and support testing, including UAT, business readiness and training materials to enable successful adoption with minimal disruption.

Payroll

• Coordinate the accurate and timely delivery of the monthly payroll for c.150 employees, acting as the primary point of contact between the business and the outsourced payroll provider.
• Compile, validate and submit all monthly payroll input – including starters, leavers, contractual changes, overtime, bonuses, expenses and statutory payments – ensuring all provider deadlines and cut-off dates are met.
• Review and reconcile the provider’s output and gross-to-net reports ahead of sign-off, investigating and resolving any variances so that every employee is paid correctly and on time.
• Ensure payroll is processed in full compliance with HMRC requirements, including RTI/FPS submissions, PAYE, National Insurance and statutory payments such as SMP, SPP and SSP.
• Administer the workplace pension scheme, re-enrolment and provider liaison.
• Coordinate payroll year-end activities with the provider, including P60s, P11Ds and benefit-in-kind reporting.
• Administer employee benefits and salary sacrifice schemes (such as pension, health cash plan, holiday buying and cycle-to-work), managing enrolments, changes and provider relationships.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll, pension and benefits queries, resolving them professionally, accurately and with discretion.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity between the HR system (Cezanne) and the outsourced payroll provider.
• Support core HR coordination activities across the employee lifecycle, including processing starters, leavers and contractual changes.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc people and payroll management information – including headcount, absence, turnover, pay and cost reporting – using Excel to a high standard.
• Prepare and collate people-related management information and board reporting packs, ensuring data is accurate, clearly presented and delivered to deadline.
• Ensure sensitive payroll, pension and personal data is handled in line with GDPR and data protection requirements, and support continuous improvement across payroll, benefits and HR administration.

Payroll and Benefits Coordinator – Temp to Perm

Manager

• Taking ownership of water network operations across the Southern region, from point of connection through to end user.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, licence obligations, internal standards and operational controls.
• Managing planned maintenance, reactive activity, asset condition reporting, risks, incidents and mitigation actions.
• Maintaining accurate asset information, mapping records, as-built drawings and emergency response plans.
• Overseeing contractor activities, site inspections, audits and handover requirements for new assets.

• Own, evolve and deliver Leep’s data and automation strategy, aligned to the Medium-Term Plan (MTP), enabling scalable growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead the delivery of a scalable data platform, such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or equivalent platforms, establishing a single source of truth to support reporting, analytics and operational insight.
• Drive the transition from manual, spreadsheet-driven processes to integrated, automated and system-led workflows across all core business functions.
• Identify, prioritise and deliver automation opportunities across all business functions, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy and control.

Head of Data and Automation

Operations

• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies as required
• Responsible for ensuring that all BOS activities align with UK SHE legislation, Leep's SHEQ policy and any regulatory license obligations
• Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the department’s Table of Accountability (ToA) and RACI matrix
• Promptly escalate issues using the correct channels and ensure resolution or acknowledgment
• Participate in business risk reviews and feed findings into the broader Operations risk register
• Support the budget-setting process within the Operations Directorate, including forecasting for asset growth, legislative changes, staffing and training needs

• Carry out data cleanse activities across internal and industry systems to help ensure MPAN and metering records remain accurate, aligned and up to date, identifying discrepancies and supporting the correction of data where needed

Customer Service Representative

General Counsel

• Deliver legal services across the Leep Utilities Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal best practice.
• Lead and support complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation, including:
• -multi-utility framework agreements
• -asset adoption agreements (electricity, water, waste, gas, heat networks)
• -supplier and services agreements
• Review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of master planning utility tenders, from pre-tender through to contract negotiation, delivery and ongoing operations.
• Advise on contractual issues, contract interpretation, disputes and risk mitigation across the contract lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain precedent documents, guidance materials and training resources to build legal awareness and capability across the business.
• Monitor changes in legislation and regulation, advising the business on implications and recommended actions.
