About the role
- Provide clients with a successful implementation experience for LEAP software
- Act as key link between internal experts and clients, coordinating timelines, data collection and expectations
- Coordinate data collection, transition, and schedule transitions and installations
- Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time implementation of LEAP
- Maintain documentation and provide consistent contact with clients throughout the implementation process
- Meet with clients before, during and after implementation and provide hands-on, on-site, face-to-face support
- Guide clients from initial interaction through to business-as-usual adoption of LEAP
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience working with legal practice management systems
- Experience using LEAP
- Solid understanding of database environments
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines to achieve business outcomes
- Confidence liaising with internal and external clients and their IT Partners
- Proactive approach and responsibility for client satisfaction
- High-impact communication skills across a variety of media
- Exceptional time management skills
