Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong track record of managing delivery teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent client-facing, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
