Requirements
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within a defined territory
Conduct cold calling and follow-up, with support from a lead generation team
Deliver compelling demonstrations of LEAP’s key benefits to prospective clients, both online and in person
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Successfully close new business deals through consultative selling techniques
Stay current on product updates and industry competitors to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with senior leadership to align on sales strategies and performance goals
Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and business challenges
Clearly communicate how LEAP’s solutions align with and support each client’s mission
Ensure successful delivery of client objectives and ongoing satisfaction with the solution
Thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments with a results-driven mindset
Skilled at analysing client feedback and reactions to products and pricing strategies
