Define, deploy, and manage agentic workforce across GTM channels, working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
Leverage AI-driven automation to enhance prospect targeting, lead engagement, personalization, conversion and pipeline generation.
Drive technical implementation, optimization, and scaling of AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other GTM systems.
Act as the human hand-off for an agent when required, engaging directly with Prospects via email / calls.
Experiment and run tests with new solutions, approaches, models and frameworks to improve GTM metrics, productivity and/or capacity.
Ensure solutions maintain compliance, data privacy and internal governance standards.
Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations and Sales to define, implement and optimize agentic solutions, executing on required campaigns and actions.
Requirements
Experience working in a Sales / Business Development Representative, or Marketing Demand Generation role previously.
A thorough understanding of Marketing, Sales and revenue generation activities and processes, in particular B2B demand generation and GTM / SaaS metrics.
An understanding of AI models, frameworks, agents, chatbots, data integration, RAG, and augmenting humans with these solutions.
Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI agents / agentic solutions.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is required, with a willingness to further your knowledge in this area.
5+ years experience working with other modern GTM automation tools / platforms.
