Manage sponsorship agreements with key industry partners to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across display, video, and native formats.
Support paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other performance marketing programs to drive MQL/SQL generation and brand-building efforts.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creative and landing pages optimized for conversions.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and CPA.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is optimized and forecasted accurately.
Stay ahead of industry trends, new platforms, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Partner with analytics teams to develop reporting dashboards and track performance against KPIs.
Work closely with content, product marketing, analytics, and sales to ensure campaigns reach the right audience with the right message.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2+ years in direct media buying and programmatic advertising.
Proven track record in managing B2B tech or SaaS paid media campaigns.
Strong understanding of the full-funnel buyer journey and how to tailor media strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Hands-on experience with direct buys with industry media partners.
Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
Paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) a strong plus.
Paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads) a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and multi-touch attribution insights.
Excellent negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
Preferred: Experience in the legal tech or professional services vertical.
