About the role

  • Assist in the development of paid media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Manage paid media campaigns and own campaigns after onboarding
  • Perform keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
  • Create and optimize ad copy for search engine advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct daily account optimizations and performance analysis against campaign goals
  • Analyze audience insights and engagement data to refine targeting strategies on social media platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing and digital advertising

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics (plus)
  • Experience with search engine marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and social media advertising (must)
  • Experience with ChatGPT and other Large Language Models (LLMs) (preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States
  • Ability/willingness to travel to Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other North American offices (may be required)
