About the role
- Assist in the development of paid media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Manage paid media campaigns and own campaigns after onboarding
- Perform keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
- Create and optimize ad copy for search engine advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Conduct daily account optimizations and performance analysis against campaign goals
- Analyze audience insights and engagement data to refine targeting strategies on social media platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing and digital advertising
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or any related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics (plus)
- Experience with search engine marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and social media advertising (must)
- Experience with ChatGPT and other Large Language Models (LLMs) (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States
- Ability/willingness to travel to Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other North American offices (may be required)
