About the role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-powered privacy compliance solutions for enterprise customers
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring successful implementation of solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Provide product training and support to customers
- Monitor customer health and address issues proactively
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Focus exclusively on customer satisfaction, training, and experience (no sales quota)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, project management or implementation management in Enterprise SaaS or technology companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong interest in privacy
- Ability to work from the office in Greenville, DE, 3 times per week
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (form asks for work authorization)
