About the role

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of projects and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and drive performance across data annotation/labeling, localization, and human-in-the-loop workstreams
  • Work cross-functionally with Program Managers, training & quality managers, and language specialists to deliver high quality data services
  • Manage overall performance and governance of Statements of Work and Service Level Agreements
  • Identify and resolve service delivery issues and implement preventive measures
  • Support deployment of infrastructure (technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, communications) necessary to perform services
  • Install service delivery processes and service level reporting mechanisms
  • Provide people management, mentorship, and career development to managers and agents/raters
  • Drive continuous improvement, productivity gains, and process improvements
  • Flag and escalate business risks and support project delivery goals
  • Monitor, report and conduct root cause analyses and business reviews
  • Manage resource sourcing, scheduling, prioritization and tasking
  • Oversee new hire deployment and training program management
  • Explore automation/augmentation of workflows using AI and collaborate with customers and engineers

Requirements

  • Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large diverse teams of experts across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 3-5+ years of experience in operations and people management experience, including managing leaders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently through to successful implementation in an operational environment
  • Exceptional candidate with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required experience
  • Certification on Project Management or Six Sigma a plus
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (in English), experience working across languages and cultures
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment
  • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with grace
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with the agility to adjust to evolving guidelines, shifting prioritization and changing customer requirements
