About the role

  • Oversee all aspects of lateral partner and counsel onboarding firmwide
  • Coordinate with the Director of Partner Integration and the Partner Recruiting leadership team as primary point of contact for lateral partners and counsel
  • Create tailored onboarding schedules aligned with the firm’s global lateral onboarding curriculum and integration goals
  • Work closely with Partner Recruiting & Integration teams and local/global business services to manage all phases of onboarding
  • Monitor progress through onboarding, ensuring required sessions are attended or rescheduled as necessary
  • Solicit regular feedback from lateral partners and counsel and propose enhancements to the onboarding process and program
  • Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information retained by the firm

Requirements

  • Display exceptional organizational skills to manage time, prioritize, and handle multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Possess the ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience, preferably
