Perform moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including movement of assets into and out of accounts
Reconciliation, settlement, and trade and transfer support for Private Bank and Wealth Management Operations
Provide quality service and operations support for internal business partners and external clients
Handle operational processes with medium to high monetary risk and assist in training less experienced team members
Respond to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels
Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions
Proactively identify risk and opportunities for process improvements
Support assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data
Support global and domestic dividends and interest payments, foreign tax residency certification, dividend reinvestment and favorable foreign tax withholding elections, and principal and interest payments associated with income events
Communicate effectively with peers, management, and business partners
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to pick up new concepts and routines quickly
Ability to learn how to research more complex issues and make connections to processes across the department
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and ability to quickly process large amounts of data
Previous experience in financial services, especially within operations
