Driver Referral (DRD) Program Management — design and implement communication plans for DRD campaigns; set mission plans and monitor performance of referral leads; track lead conversion rates and ensure referred drivers become active; monitor program activities to prevent fraudulent activity involving monetary rewards
Fleet Management Support — onboard all fleet drivers as Independent Drivers until the fleet management app is launched; educate fleet drivers on using the Lalamove platform as Independent Drivers; train fleet owners on monitoring their drivers via the app (once available); act as liaison between fleet owners and operations team to ensure smooth adoption
Driver Onboarding & Conversion — convert First-Time Active Drivers (FTA) into First-Time Completed (FTC) drivers; track driver progress and provide necessary guidance for higher conversion; support activation campaigns to increase driver engagement and trip completion

Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, or community management (experience in logistics is a plus)
Proficiency in tools like Canva, or other design platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with driver communities
Ability to think creatively and explore new lead-generation avenues
Basic understanding of offline marketing campaigns and their execution
Analytical mindset to measure the performance of campaigns and recommend improvements
