Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in marketing, business, or supply chain)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, driver acquisition, community management, field operations, or similar roles
Persuasive communicator with the ability to influence and motivate potential driver partners
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines effectively
Analytical mindset and strong data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
Knowledge of CRM tools & calling tools (e.g., MicroSIP) preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative skills for developing static and video content (Canva/editing tools preferred)
