Provide superior service and support to our clients by promptly responding across various channels, including emails, chats, and phone calls
Communicate daily with our Operations Team to ensure a seamless fulfillment and returns experience
Ensure up-to-date information for inventory, sales, special collections, and discontinued items
Efficiently utilize our ERP and other software applications to ensure the highest quality client experience with the primary goal of expeditious problem resolution
Maintain an acute knowledge of our collections with the ability to speak about them fluently
Assist with client outreach and relations in order to maximize customer experience and promote the LAKE lifestyle
Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Prior experience engaging with customers (preferred)
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
