Client Services Representative

• Provide superior service and support to our clients by promptly responding across various channels, including emails, chats, and phone calls
• Communicate daily with our Operations Team to ensure a seamless fulfillment and returns experience
• Ensure up-to-date information for inventory, sales, special collections, and discontinued items
• Efficiently utilize our ERP and other software applications to ensure the highest quality client experience with the primary goal of expeditious problem resolution
• Maintain an acute knowledge of our collections with the ability to speak about them fluently
• Assist with client outreach and relations in order to maximize customer experience and promote the LAKE lifestyle
