About the role

  • Responsible for complete value stream for new Hot Runner Systems and Controller
  • Central point of contact person for our customers
  • Responsible for Quotation Process for new systems (technical decision + pricing)
  • Extend Technical Support for Field Sales in RFQ phase
  • Support Order Management on technical Spare Part RFQ’s
  • Manage Customer queries and handles general Customer related topics
  • Close collaboration with Area Sales Manger and Key Account Manager team
  • Order process for New Hot Runner systems, automatization already implemented for some brands
  • Managing of Customer Portals
  • Use superior communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to frame decisions for senior management and drive optimized decision-making
  • Deliver the highest levels of client service and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Be self-directed and work independently in order to meet and exceed goals
  • Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements

  • Advanced German language skills
  • English language capability to proficiency level
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering or Science
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office tools
  • Aerospace background is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours
  • Previous experience in a multinational company (preferred)
  • Previous experience in Supply chain, Customer management (preferable)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP & EPICOR and CRM: Salesforce
  • Ideal industry experience Mold Making / Hot Runner or background from the plastic industry preferred
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in the cross-cultural environment
