About the role
- Provide cost management services including budgeting, bid management, cost forecasting and reporting, budget management and control, change management, contract administration, close-out administration, procurement management, earned value management, and value engineering
- Support critical and complex cost management initiatives
- Develop, implement, and maintain Monthly Forecasting, Invoicing, and Cost Reporting
- Develop and maintain budgets and provide various project information reports
- Understand accrual processes, invoice review, and validation
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Prefer ERP financial experience
- Requires self-starting skills and excellent communication and decision-making skills
Requirements
- 10+ years of project cost control experience, including cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Experience with enterprise cost management systems
- Transmission & Distribution experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
- Experience working on utility capital projects
- Project Cost Control: 7+ years
- Forecasting & Budgeting: 5+ years
- Project Budget Reporting: 5+
- Accruals & Invoice Management: 7+ years
