Provide cost management services including budgeting, bid management, cost forecasting and reporting, budget management and control, change management, contract administration, close-out administration, procurement management, earned value management, and value engineering
Support critical and complex cost management initiatives
Develop, implement, and maintain Monthly Forecasting, Invoicing, and Cost Reporting
Develop and maintain budgets and provide various project information reports
Understand accrual processes, invoice review, and validation
Manage multiple projects concurrently
Prefer ERP financial experience
Requires self-starting skills and excellent communication and decision-making skills
Requirements
10+ years of project cost control experience, including cash flow forecasting and analysis
Experience with enterprise cost management systems
