About the role

  • In charge of end-to-end custom 3rd party eblasts including: requests, set up, proofing, launching, and reporting
  • Manage Custom enewsletters, including building, proofing, launching, and reporting
  • Responsible for digital event Marketing: page & form building, HTML and list creation, proofing, deployment and analysis; coordinating paid ads and weekly reporting; updating internal reporting documents
  • Responsible for specialized lists in HubSpot and List Builder to support eMarketing for digital events, 3rd party eblasts, pay-per-lead campaigns, and list quotes
  • Coordinate with paid social media teams to set up and execute campaigns as needed
  • Support lead generation team with page building, forms, eBlasts, and internal and external reporting
  • Responsible for client sponsored social media posts and reports
  • Responsible for publishing sponsored articles on the website, including SEO updates
  • Responsible for internal and external client reporting for managed programs, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly breakdowns
  • Continually assess, update, and make necessary changes to all operational SOPs related to the position
  • Responsible for project management and updates to teams on managed programs
  • Support with additional tasks and sales team requests as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with email marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross-functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands
  • Familiarity with the digital publishing, lead generation campaigns, or science sectors is highly desirable
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, project management, business, or related field
