About the role
- Lead the Commercial & Industry (C&I) recruitment practice, managing an established client base across major accounts
- Shape team direction and drive sustainable growth and success within the practice
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships, offering market insight, salary benchmarking, and talent strategy advice
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and network
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to offer, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and candidates
- Support offer negotiation and manage best package for candidates at offer stage
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Bullhorn and ensure alignment with GDPR and employment law
- Monitor industry trends and share market insights to support clients’ needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team culture
Requirements
