About the role
- Analyst specializing in enabling design, development, deployment and operational support of production planning functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives
- Ensure system stability and performance for production systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test the SAP Plant Maintenance Module
- Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for the SAP Plant Maintenance module
- Support implementation and ongoing support of plant maintenance functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows
- Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications
- Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements and provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues
- Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to changing business requirements
- Stay current with new technologies within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP plant maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of the SAP Plant Maintenance Module and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation
- Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA/ECC functionality and Configuration
- Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes
- Experience working within ERP applications, with emphasis on plant maintenance
- Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile
