About the role
- Lead the Segment capture function
- Manage the Segment gate process, to include authoring and implementing policies and procedures for standard gate practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capture strategies.
- Lead and participate in strategic reviews and workshops (e.g., Black Hat reviews, Win Strategy Workshops)
- Oversea Segment Capture certification program
- Manage Competitive Intelligence for the Segment
- Overseas Price to Win strategies to enhance the competitiveness of proposals
- Lead effective storyboarding and development of strategic and proposal win themes and discriminators
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience
- Demonstrated proven track record of successful capture management with a focus on winning executable programs
- Demonstrated extensive experience leading and managing capture and change within large, complex systems.
- Familiarity with Black Hats, Win Strategy Workshops, and the Capture Gate Process
- Demonstrated strong understanding of different contracting methods (IDIQ, OTA, etc) required
- Demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint for executive level communication.
