About the role
- Own end-to-end finance operations, including management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong controls and processes across UK/US entities
- Manage compliance, tax, and audit processes, working with external advisors as needed
- Oversee transactional finance (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations), supported by junior team members
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insight for strategic decision-making, fundraising, and growth initiatives
- Drive automation and efficiency in finance systems and reporting
- Support due diligence and readiness for fundraising / exit scenarios
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 2–5 years post-qualification experience in a high-growth business, ideally SaaS, media, or agency environment
- Strong technical knowledge across financial control, tax, and compliance
- Experience operating across multi-entity, multi-market (UK/US) structures
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, but able to step up into strategic conversations with leadership
- Excited by working in a fast-paced, creative environment where you’ll need to own and improve processes from scratch
- High standards of accuracy, rigour, and accountability
