• Anticipate client needs and ensure campaigns exceed expectations
• Source, brief, and manage creators throughout campaign lifecycles
• Ensure content meets brand guidelines, cultural nuance, and campaign objectives
• Track campaign performance using Kyra’s proprietary platform and analytics tools
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns

• Collaborate with Creative, Talent, Client Solutions, and Paid Media to deliver end-to-end campaigns
• Own end-to-end delivery of creator campaigns for a global fashion client, including casting, contracts, briefing, and approvals
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and live delivery across multiple markets
• Act as the key campaign lead for the DACH market, working in German and English daily
• Liaise with German-speaking creators, agencies, and brand teams
• Support Creative in shaping campaign narratives and guide creators on content
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and partner with Client Solutions on reporting

• Kyra is an AI-powered, full-service global influencer marketing agency and platform serving enterprise brands.
• Own end-to-end experience across Kyra Platform ecosystem for creators, brand managers, and internal teams.
• Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, and usability testing; translate findings into personas and journey maps.
• Design and prototype wireframes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile; collaborate with engineers for pixel-perfect implementation.
• Define and track UX metrics (e.g., task success, time on task) to validate improvements.
• Rapidly test multiple solutions, iterate quickly, and champion UX best practices across teams.
• Push innovation beyond industry standards to set new ones.
• Location: Remote (UK or Europe preferred); Salary: Up to €70,000; Start Date: ASAP.
