About the role
- Run high-impact creator campaigns for a global fashion brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Collaborate with Creative, Talent, Client Solutions, and Paid Media to deliver end-to-end campaigns
- Own end-to-end delivery of creator campaigns for a global fashion client, including casting, contracts, briefing, and approvals
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and live delivery across multiple markets
- Act as the key campaign lead for the DACH market, working in German and English daily
- Liaise with German-speaking creators, agencies, and brand teams
- Support Creative in shaping campaign narratives and guide creators on content
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and partner with Client Solutions on reporting
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in influencer marketing, social campaigns, or digital content—ideally with fashion or lifestyle brands
- Track record of managing creator campaigns from pitch to post-campaign reporting
- Native-level German with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident switching between German and English in client, creator, and internal settings
- Passion for fashion, style, and cultural trends—always plugged into what’s new
- Ability to translate a fashion brand’s identity into creator-first content that feels authentic and aspirational
- Exceptional project management skills—able to juggle multiple campaigns without missing a beat
- Comfortable owning budgets, timelines, and deliverables with accountability and precision
