• Oversee design capacity to ensure deadlines, cost and quality targets are met

Head of Mechanical Design – m/f/d

• Responsibility for all Lean management activities at our European sites
• Development of a clear Lean strategy
• Leading Lean projects and optimizing the entire process chain
• Conducting reviews to identify potential improvements and deriving effective measures
• Further development of a KPI management system
• Supporting sites in Six Sigma projects and in the further development of the organization
• Acting as the interface to other sites for Lean benchmarks
• Responsible for the company’s employee suggestion scheme

Regional Lean Manager

• Lead the Design/Development department in special machine engineering (approx. 9 employees)
• Develop and produce innovative plant and machine concepts, including feasibility and cycle-time analyses
• Ensure the functional viability of technical solutions while complying with all technical specifications
• Implement specifications and order documentation for the manufacturing of machines and systems
• Manage design resources to ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets are met

Head of Design/Engineering – m/f/d

• Encadrer et animer les équipes design, développement, process, qualité produit (17 ingénieurs et techniciens)
• Etre le garant d’une bonne collaboration et communication entre les équipes et les autres départements (ventes, marketing, achat, production…)
• Planifier et suivre les projets de développement et arbitrer les priorités dans l’allocation des ressources
• Définir et piloter les indicateurs de performance
• Participer à la promotion des produits (évènements commerciaux, conférences scientifiques…)
• Participer à la veille technologique et encourager l'innovation et l'amélioration continue au sein des équipes
• Assurer les missions de support technique dans d’autres usines du groupe à l'étranger et chez les clients
• Garantir le respect des délais, des coûts et assurer un haut niveau de qualité et de performance
