About the role
- Define and implement the company's operational strategy
- Oversee activities across various company departments: production, planning/procurement, process engineering, maintenance, plant infrastructure, and shipping
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental rules and standards
- Manage relationships with customers and business partners
- Optimize workload distribution between the two production sites
- Prepare workload and billing forecasts
- Optimize industrial performance
- Improve production processes to increase efficiency and profitability
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate operational performance
- Manage the industrial budget and human resources
Requirements
- Master's degree (engineering school or equivalent)
- More than 10 years' experience in an industrial environment
- Over 5 years' experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong expertise in production flow management
- Proficient with commercial and industrial management tools (ERP systems, etc.)
- Knowledge of current regulations and standards (quality, hygiene, safety, environment, and health)
- Fluent in English
