About the role
- Responsibility for all Lean management activities at our European sites
- Development of a clear Lean strategy
- Leading Lean projects and optimizing the entire process chain
- Conducting reviews to identify potential improvements and deriving effective measures
- Further development of a KPI management system
- Supporting sites in Six Sigma projects and in the further development of the organization
- Acting as the interface to other sites for Lean benchmarks
- Responsible for the company’s employee suggestion scheme
Requirements
- Completed degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in leading projects and applying Lean management methods
- Additional qualification: Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience in facilitating and implementing change processes
- Language skills: fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel frequently
