• Lead Field Trials for Hybrid Seed Production
• Plan, coordinate, and execute field trials for both foundation and commercial hybrid seed production of small grains, with a focus on hybrid wheat and hybrid rye
• Design experiments to evaluate and optimize environmental requirements and agronomic practices for hybrid seed production
• Continuously assess and refine methodologies and technologies to ensure cost-effective and high-quality hybrid seed production
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involved in seed production
• Provide training, consulting, and technical support to stakeholders
• Collaborate with an international production research team

Production Research Manager

Administration

• Support logistic activities for all KWS employees, visitors and management with visa application process with agencies, as well as booking accommodation and transportation.
• Liase with local authorities and government offices to answer regular or ad-hoc queries, monitor operations, and escalate pending matters to management in due time.
• Follow up and coordinate company fleet requirements with the respective agencies such as booking cars, maintenance, kilometer readings, and traffic fines.
• Research for new network as and when required.
• Collaborate with other departments for ad hoc or regular reporting assignments, paperwork handling, onboarding and offboarding activities, and communication with local authorities.
• Record the Personnel Debit to Asset Debit Forms and update them when necessary in coordination with the IT team.
• Coordinate with the Global Business Operations Accounts Payables team for processing invoices and forwarding them to related departments.

Administration – Archive Specialist

Controller

• Serve as a proactive partner to the Business Unit (BU) management, supporting both strategic steering and operational excellence.
• Translate the BU strategy into concrete, actionable measures, ensuring effective implementation and progress tracking.
• Lead and coordinate the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the Business Unit, in close collaboration with Regional and Country Heads, Global Controlling, and Global Finance.
• Support the management team with financial insights, performance analyses, and scenario modeling to enable sound decision-making.
• Contribute to organizational development, including the implementation of new business models and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards while fostering agility and a culture of continuous improvement.

Business Unit Controller – Corn

Sales

• Support the Great Lakes Regional manager in the promotion of ACH Seeds / Crystal Brand Sugarbeet Seed in the Michigan Sugar growing market
• Assist Regional Manager with sales support of Independent Sales Agents
• Assist Regional Manager with facilitation of grower strip trial program
• Assist Regional Manager with internal variety trial data collection
• Attend grower meetings and plot tours
• Field signing – Strip trials and assist ISA’s
• Help facilitate ACH Seeds participation in various industry events as well as customer and cooperator events

Sales Intern – ACH Seeds

Accounting Manager

• acting as a global IFRS advisor on specific IFRS standards (IFRS Desk)
• supporting preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and preparing group reports and ad-hoc analysis
• documenting and updating KWS-wide accounting policies according to latest standards and interpretations
• handling special IFRS topics during quarterly closings and business partner/units queries
• developing and performing quality reviews of financial statements and reporting packages
• documenting and improving accounting related processes and procedures (driving change)
• providing internal trainings & presentations
• supporting the external audit

Expert Audit, Group Accounting

• Execute tax tasks regarding the finance function and book international taxes adhering to international guidelines (RGP's)
• Monitor international changes and pursue new insights while following standard tax regulations internally
• Support in process tax/admin adjustments for local and corporate taxes
• Calculate and post tax accruals for closing provision and accrual accounting
• Process local tax including VAT, Intrastat, EC Sales, property taxation, corporate income taxation, recapitulative statement, road/ toll/ fee/sales taxation and local taxes
• Support any tax related reporting project and tax audits

Associate, International Tax and Tax Compliance

Marketing

• You develop the digital tool strategy for the Business Unit Cereals crops (e.g. Cereals, Oilseedrape, Catch Crops) in alignment with the overall strategy.
• You steer the digital tool lifecycle – from ideation and evaluation to implementation across several functions (e.g. product management, sales, digital farming- and IT experts).
• You identify new digital tool opportunities delivering added value for farmers.
• You optimize and expand the existing digital tool portfolio.
• You develop and implement tool relevant marketing campaigns.
• You analyze and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of digital tools and marketing product campaigns.
