• Manage a team of full-time and temporary employees during the processing season.
• Develop work schedules for 24/7 operations during the processing season
• Develop senior supervisors to ensure high standards of productions, quality and safety, improvement of seed quality, timely shipments and maximize efficient use of resources.
• Create work flow diagrams and determine equipment capacity and limitations.
• Create SOP’s and working instruction and update them on an annual basis.
• Process products for the sales’ markets that meet or exceed predetermined quality standards.
• Communicate starting, expected and actual completion dates of each shop order.
• Encourage improved communication between departments and team building within work groups.
• Coordinate and work with Quality Manager to bring sub-par seed lots up to market standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations, R&D, Q.C., Engineering, and Project Manager to develop, plan and implement cutting edge technologies for more efficient processing methods.
• Communicates and shares operational duties and direction with KWS SAAT.
• Meet attendance requirements.

Seed Processing Manager

Affiliate Manager

• Act as a trusted financial advisor and sparring partner for production and maintenance teams.
• Support the Team Lead Business Partners Finance & Controlling in steering and decision making processes.
• Collect and analyze production costs, develop and maintain standard costs.
• Conduct variance analyses (plan vs. actual vs. standard) and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track material usage, scrap, and production waste.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including COGM calculations and detailed production planning.
• Assist in operational forecasting and cost modelling.
• Prepare WIP bookings and calculate COGS by crop for quarterly closings.
• Contribute to KPI reporting and plant performance dashboards.
• Support inventory management and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with international production controlling colleagues to ensure alignment and governance.
• Support standard cost reviews and cost roll-ups.

Business Partner, Production Controlling

Accounts Receivable

• Process incoming customer payments in accordance with SLA
• Maintain and clear customer accounts
• Provide customer balance confirmation and perform reconciliations
• Process customer returns, rebates, and refunds
• Generate statement of accounts and process dunning letters
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities in a timely manner
• Resolve account discrepancies and contact customers accordingly
• Calculate provisions, write-offs, and bad debts devaluation in accordance with IFRS 9
• Engage customers in collection efforts in writing as well as over the phone
• Create manual invoices and manage cheques
• Support the Business Units with daily requests as needed

Data Analyst

• Translate business requirements into analytics solutions and collaborate across the full project lifecycle
• Operate and optimize data pipelines (ERP, S2P suite, AP, vendor master) with strong governance and MDM standards
• Perform diagnostic and predictive analyses to identify value levers (e.g., price/volume variance, payment term optimization)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPI standards, maintain data dictionaries, and ensure a single source of truth
• Support process mining and advanced analytics use cases (e.g., Celonis) to uncover inefficiencies
• Monitor and manage the S2P analytics landscape for stability, scalability, and compliance
• Drive adoption and change management for analytics solutions across S2P
• Build functional analytics capabilities within the S2P organization
