About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborates with Director of Marketing to create and manage the development of marketing plans
- Ensure communications meet brand standards and reinforce brand positions
- Project Manage the development of marketing materials including literature, advertising, product guides, variety brochure and marketing communications
- Work with external agencies and contractors to deliver materials on time and on budget
- Manage budgetary expenditures, work within approved guidelines and report budget status as required
- Plan and coordinate all corporate sign requirement to include field, promotional and building signage
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications/ Content Specialist to develop content for websites, social media, PR, programs and promotions, and designated events, meetings, and ASGA events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications emphasis
- 5 years prior experience working in a marketing/or sales department; or equivalent work experience
- Proficient project management skills to manage several projects at one time and able to provide direction to external agencies and vendors
- Skilled in use of computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Power Point, Share Point, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, and web-based content management systems
- Experience with HTML coding,a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of file assembly and preparation for print and digital channels
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify alternative solutions and approaches
