About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborates with Director of Marketing to create and manage the development of marketing plans
  • Ensure communications meet brand standards and reinforce brand positions
  • Project Manage the development of marketing materials including literature, advertising, product guides, variety brochure and marketing communications
  • Work with external agencies and contractors to deliver materials on time and on budget
  • Manage budgetary expenditures, work within approved guidelines and report budget status as required
  • Plan and coordinate all corporate sign requirement to include field, promotional and building signage
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications/ Content Specialist to develop content for websites, social media, PR, programs and promotions, and designated events, meetings, and ASGA events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications emphasis
  • 5 years prior experience working in a marketing/or sales department; or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient project management skills to manage several projects at one time and able to provide direction to external agencies and vendors
  • Skilled in use of computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Power Point, Share Point, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, and web-based content management systems
  • Experience with HTML coding,a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of file assembly and preparation for print and digital channels
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify alternative solutions and approaches
