About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You drive market development in the UK & Ireland from strategy to execution.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in vegetable seeds, fresh produce, or a related agri-sector
- Strong understanding of UK & Ireland vegetable production and market dynamics
- Experience in customer development, market development or strategic roles
- Comfortable working with data and tools such as ERP (ABS/SAP), CRM (Salesforce) and product systems (Mercado).
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships across the value chain
- Able to translate market insights into concrete business opportunities
