• Contribute to and provide individualized care tailored to patients' needs

• You provide individualized care tailored entirely to the needs of our patients
• You perform basic and treatment care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
• Monitoring of ventilator and vital parameters, emergency management, and patient observation are also part of your responsibilities
• You support patients with activities of daily living
• Through open and respectful communication with patients, relatives and colleagues, you promote positive collaboration
