About the role
- Communication with patients, relatives and colleagues that promotes a collaborative environment
- Active contribution to designing and ensuring care quality, including regular professional exchanges during team meetings
- Responsible management of the WG duty roster
- Basic, treatment and observation care (e.g. oxygen administration, medication administration, inhalations, suctioning, PEG care, monitor surveillance, etc.)
- Care planning and nursing documentation
- Participation in continuing education and training
Requirements
- Completed three-year training as a Registered Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or specialist further training in intensive care/anesthesia
- At least two years of professional experience in a care facility
- Enjoys coaching and advising
- Experience in intensive care nursing
- Empathy and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and conscientiously
- Willingness for personal and professional development
