About the role

  • Provide out-of-hospital intensive nursing care tailored to individual needs
  • Basic and treatment care for patients with tracheostomies and/or on mechanical ventilation
  • Monitoring of ventilator settings and vital parameters
  • Patient observation and emergency management
  • Assistance with patients' activities of daily living
  • Respectful and appreciative communication with patients, relatives and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed three-year nursing qualification, e.g.:
  • Registered Nurse / Health and Nursing Professional (m/f/d)
  • Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)
  • Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
  • (Other equivalent nursing qualifications)
  • Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Enjoy working independently while being a team player
  • Experience in intensive care is desirable but not required → the basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation can be completed with us at any time
