About the role
- You provide individualized care tailored entirely to the needs of our patients
- You perform basic and treatment care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitoring of ventilator and vital parameters, emergency management, and patient observation are also part of your responsibilities
- You support patients with activities of daily living
- Through open and respectful communication with patients, relatives and colleagues, you promote positive collaboration
Requirements
- You enjoy providing empathetic and committed care to our patients at all stages of life
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility come naturally to you
- You enjoy working both as part of a professional team and independently
- You have completed a three-year nursing qualification, e.g. Registered Nurse, Nursing Specialist / Nurse, Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification
- A basic course in outpatient ventilation or experience in intensive care nursing is desirable but not mandatory. The course can be completed with us at any time.
