About the role
- Provides individualized care centered on the needs of our patients
- Performs basic and treatment care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitors ventilation and vital parameters, manages emergencies, and conducts patient observation
- Supports patients with daily living activities
- Promotes a positive working atmosphere through open and respectful communication with patients, relatives, and colleagues
Requirements
- Passion for providing empathetic and committed care to our patients at all stages of life
- Empathy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of working in a professional team as well as independently
- Completed three-year nursing qualification such as Registered Nurse, Nursing Specialist, Geriatric Nurse, or equivalent (m/f/d)
- Desirable: basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive care nursing (can be completed with us at any time)
