About the role

  • Researching and identifying potential customers who could benefit from our product/service
  • Reaching out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations
  • Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team
  • Registering and regularly tracking tender platforms
  • Working closely with Sales Director to hand over well-prepared leads
  • Tracking and managing outreach activity in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Attending and exhibiting at relevant conferences and exhibitions across UK & Europe
  • Learning best practices in prospecting, sales psychology, and pipeline generation
  • Contributing ideas to improve messaging, targeting, and team processes

Requirements

  • Strong communicator comfortable reaching out and starting conversations
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn about the business, products, customers, and sales
  • Resilient and positive under rejection
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • No prior sales experience required; right attitude and willingness to grow
  • Ability to speak another language (French, Spanish or Eastern European preferred)
  • (Nice-to-have) Experience in lead generation
  • (Nice-to-have) Some experience in water or field services
