About the role
- Lead delivery of new features, enhancements, and optimizations for Launchpad and Token Services products
- Define and articulate detailed product requirements supported by business analysis and stakeholder input
- Produce documentation including product specifications, wireframes, and process flows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders, communicate product vision, and maintain a transparent roadmap
- Continuously improve the crypto funding client experience through structured experimentation and insights
- Support and enhance mission-critical crypto funding infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performance
- Support development of 0-1 product initiatives from ideation to execution
- Leverage data to drive prioritization, monitor product performance, and iterate toward improved outcomes
- Build systems and analyses to inform listings strategies, monitor market performance, and enable timely, secure processing of client transactions
- Protect client funds and ensure the safety and security of all funds on the exchange
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience
- 1-2+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, Crypto Exchange or other complex technical domains
- Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure and tooling (crypto native)
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution ability
- Ability to operate strategically while managing details effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, experience collaborating across diverse teams
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to haves: Experience with Asset listings, Crypto Launchpads, Accelerators, or Tokenomics platforms
- Nice to haves: Demonstrated success in product-led growth (activation, retention, monetization)
- Nice to haves: Background in B2B or SaaS product models
