Project Control Analyst

Solutions Engineer

• ➢ Lead & Mentor capabilities of Solution Managers and Solution Engineers to improve design and ideation of client solutions.
• ➢ Support training and quality reviews for traditional MHE technologies, Sortation, conveyance, storage & AMR/AGV (GTP/Move) applications.
• ➢ Develop ROI strategies for applied material handling solutions.
• ➢ Analyze client’s business down to the DNA level from their available data and understand the design criteria necessary to provide an intelligent material handling solutions for their needs.

• ➢ Work closely with a client’s leadership and/or operations team to help provide solutions to increase productivity and accuracy. The communication and presentation of these solutions are a critical aspect of this role.
• ➢ Serve as subject matter expert for engineering related areas such as ergonomics, MOST rate analysis, best practices and operator safety in traditional MHE, AMR/AGV & GTP technical application.
• ➢ Work closely with Supply Chain Services Leadership and Client Account Executives to make sure Solutions Teams designs are aligned to client’s goals.

Senior Solutions Manager

Field Engineer

• The Field Service Engineer III interacts directly with the customer at its place of business to develop the methods and processes best suited to meet the requirements of integrating Intelligrated products into the customer’s operations.
• Provides on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, independent complex PLC program modifications and independent moderate PLC code writing.
• Performs preventative maintenance, responsible for lower level CSE and customer personnel training, system audits and implementation of various retro-fits to material handling equipment.
• Conducts planned/emergency service calls, various rebuilds on equipment, system audits, and preventive maintenance contracts.
• Prepares needed tools and reviews drawings for service calls.
• Completes necessary reports: service, expense, preventive maintenance contract, and system audits.
