About the role
- Install and support Colour and B&W print equipment and ancillary products, including associated software and services
- Provide outstanding service and technical support to Konica Minolta’s customer base
- Perform on-site corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and network/IT issues on customer equipment
- Work as a member of the NSW Service Team and report to the Service Delivery Manager
- Work autonomously on assignments while maintaining communication with the team
- Deliver high levels of customer service and go above and beyond for customers
- Participate in training and learning & development opportunities within the company
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Professional approach and positive attitude in dealing with customers
- Keen desire to learn and apply new skills
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Ability to work autonomously while keeping in contact with team
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Driver’s License
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) — current or willingness to obtain
- Current Australian working rights required (visa sponsorship not available)
- Successful candidate required to undertake background checks
