Business Development Rep

• As a Business Development Manager, your goal is to drive revenue influenced by alliance partners that are assigned to you. You are responsible for building relationships with assigned alliance partners that will result in increased leads, and/or revenue. In addition, you will work to source, qualify and onboard new partners. You'll capture what motivates and drives them, what their focus is and build a better together story. You'll enable them to be more successful in recommending KnowBe4 products. You'll work with partner leadership to gain executive buy-in and leverage KnowBe4 leadership to continue to build it. You'll collaborate with your partner via regular business reviews to build joint business plans with agreed upon metrics and drive customer acquisition through demand generation campaigns.

Business Development Manager

Account Executive

• The Snr. Director Account Executives (ENT/Strategic) is responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and maximizing all sales opportunities they are assigned. Ensure subordinates meet/exceed monthly sales quota by targeting new business and reactivating lapsed accounts. Employ best-in-class sales techniques to deliver revenue goals monthly, quarterly and annually. Manage time off requests and day-to-day needs of team. Liaise with Legal, Infosec, Finance, Support to facilitate deals. Monitor and analyze team statistics, key indicators and results. Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies aligned with GTM strategy. Lead and develop enterprise sales team meeting targets. Collaborate with Sales Development Team on drilling ideas and workshops. Identify areas of improvement and suggest training/disciplinary actions with People Operations. Ensure KnowBe4 policy and procedure use. Recommend hiring/firing/discipline/promotion decisions. Be expert on closing, negotiating, prospecting and other sales elements. Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline. Conduct weekly pipeline reviews. Attend Company Marketing Events.

Senior Director of Account Executives – Enterprise

• The Account Executive (Enterprise/Strategic) position is responsible for managing the customer accounts they’re assigned and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. More specifically, this position will be charged with promoting and selling KnowBe4’s products and services to enterprise sized businesses (organizations with 1501+ employees), with the objective to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota. This can be achieved by targeting new business as well as reactivating dark (lapsed) customer accounts.

• Identify and close net new customers they’re assigned
• Build and maintain pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects
• Forecast new business prospects that result in successful client relationships and sales
• Identify key decision makers while developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, networking and high-level prospecting
• Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products and help the customer understand how it will improve their business’s security awareness training (and security overall)
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and/or targets
• Be well versed in KnowBe4’s product offerings and promote the products and services at trade shows as requested
• Follow up on marketing leads to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline
• Act strategically in offering or negotiating discounted pricing, in line with established policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and thorough records for customer calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other relevant information in compliance with the Administration Policy

Account Manager

• The Account Manager (SMB) position is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. Promote and sell KnowBe4’s additional products and services to businesses (organizations with 25 - 500 employees), with objective to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota. Target book of business; maximize cross sale opportunities, increase subscription levels and add on additional seats due to account growth; work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure increased ARR and more product suite adoption by our customers. Responsibilities: Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products and services; Build and maintain a pipeline of potential cross sale, add-on and upgrade opportunities; Identify key decision makers; Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products; Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and/or targets; Be well versed in KnowBe4’s product offerings and promote the products and services at trade shows as requested; Follow up on marketing leads; Act strategically in offering or negotiating discounted pricing; Maintain accurate records in compliance with the Administration Policy; Support in the renewal process where there is an opportunity to grow the account; Work with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists to increase customers' commitment and use of the KnowBe4 Product Suite.

Account Manager, SMB

Analyst

The Commission Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate calculation of commission. This individual will work alongside the Corporate Accounting Team to ensure that employee commission plans are properly created, maintained and updated accordingly in the commission system. In addition, this position will troubleshoot exceptions in excel spreadsheets to determine where errors exist and to ensure commission payment reports are accurate and complete. In addition, the individual in this role will be charged with the creation, review, analysis and validation of monthly reports for all commissions accrued and paid.
Responsibilities:
Update the organization’s commission system with employee changes and commission plan changes on an ongoing basis
Develop and test new commission plans in the organization’s commission system
Work with our commission system’s personnel to troubleshoot issues
Ensure accurate responses to inquiries or concerns related to commission and incentives are provided to employees
Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness
Ensure accurate and timely commission payouts
Prepare commission expense reports, presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management.

Commissions Analyst

• The Global Account Director position is responsible for developing and managing Accounts designated as Global Accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts.
• More specifically, this position will be charged with promoting and selling KnowBe4’s products and services, with the objective to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota.
• This can be achieved by targeting your book of business and maximizing cross sale opportunities, increasing subscription levels and adding on additional seats due to account growth.
• This role will work closely with the assigned customer account teams including the Customer Success Manager and other Account Executives/Managers as necessary to ensure increased ARR and more product suite adoption and coordinate any territory specific deals relating to their global accounts.
• Travel to meet on-site with C-Levels and other Executives for their assigned accounts.
