About the role

  • Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of employee surveys.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align survey goals and communications.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Serve as primary contact with survey vendors for design, deployment, and reporting.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and compliance standards.
  • Validate survey builds, dashboards, data extracts, and reports.
  • Support vendor relationship management, contracts, budgets, and renewals.
  • Define survey goals, item design, and target audiences.
  • Build, test, and deploy surveys using Qualtrics, Perceptyx, or Culture Amp.
  • Manage distribution lists, invitations, and reminders.
  • Ensure accessibility and compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Validate data quality before release.
  • Create clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Support post-survey debriefs and action planning sessions.
  • Act as primary contact for survey-related inquiries.
  • Enable and guide stakeholders on survey best practices and results interpretation.
  • Align survey efforts with organizational priorities and cultural values.
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations to leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, HR/Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 7+ years in survey research (preferably in financial services), with at least 2 years of applied experience across the employee lifecycle (candidate, onboarding, engagement, inclusion, exit) and/or 360 feedback.
  • Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, Perceptyx, Culture Amp, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing and interpreting multi-country surveys with cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills—able to translate data into meaningful narratives and actionable insights for executives.
