Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of employee surveys.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align survey goals and communications.
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies.
Serve as primary contact with survey vendors for design, deployment, and reporting.
Ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and compliance standards.
Validate survey builds, dashboards, data extracts, and reports.
Support vendor relationship management, contracts, budgets, and renewals.
Define survey goals, item design, and target audiences.
Build, test, and deploy surveys using Qualtrics, Perceptyx, or Culture Amp.
Manage distribution lists, invitations, and reminders.
Ensure accessibility and compliance with data privacy standards.
Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
Validate data quality before release.
Create clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
Support post-survey debriefs and action planning sessions.
Act as primary contact for survey-related inquiries.
Enable and guide stakeholders on survey best practices and results interpretation.
Align survey efforts with organizational priorities and cultural values.
Develop and present actionable recommendations to leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, HR/Business Analytics, or related field.
7+ years in survey research (preferably in financial services), with at least 2 years of applied experience across the employee lifecycle (candidate, onboarding, engagement, inclusion, exit) and/or 360 feedback.
Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, Perceptyx, Culture Amp, or similar tools.
Experience designing and interpreting multi-country surveys with cultural sensitivity.
Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira).
Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills—able to translate data into meaningful narratives and actionable insights for executives.
