Conduct, and analyze results of Team Member engagement surveys and feedback
Manage and maintain people operations data, to include turnover and exit data
Support Performance Management process by launching and tracking review cycle processes and completion rates
Support the VP, People & Culture with conducting investigations, fact-finding conversations, employee follow-up meetings, etc.
Support team members with general inquiries, particularly with regard to company policy interpretation, standards of conduct, benefits, leave, etc.
Conduct check-ins with team members, primarily following a leave, investigation, request for support, etc.
Support solutions and initiatives for improving team member experience, increasing team member engagement, attracting and retaining top talent, etc.
Provide feedback and guidance to leaders during the performance management process, to include reviewing performance reviews, meeting with leaders/team members, etc.
Process team member separations, to include offboarding notices & systems processing
Initiating exit surveys to departing team members and conducting exit interviews.
Submit & Manage Workers Comp Claims
Support with reviewing and addressing team member feedback submissions (Team Comments, Team Feedback forms) and respond as directed/requested
Complete verifications of employment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, administration, or related field
Experience with professional systems preferred (HRIS, ERM, Scheduling, HCM systems, etc.)
Experience with productivity and collaboration systems (Google Workspace & Google Meet preferred)
2 years’ experience in human resources and employee relations
Basic understanding of employment laws and policies in the states in which Mindcolor operates
Demonstrated excellence in communication across all formats (written, verbal, via email, etc.)
Strong organization and administrative skills, with an attention to detail
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with team members at all levels, caregivers, vendors, attorneys, etc.
Creative and innovative mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or related systems
Ability to receive and apply feedback effectively and in a timely manner
Ability to self-motivate, excellent time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines independently
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, where necessary and/or appropriate
Ability to sit for up to 80% of the day; intermittent standing, stooping, and bending
Manual dexterity for use of computers, tablets, and related tech
Capable of processing complex information and acting in a professional, collaborative manner in all scenarios.
