Inside Sales

• Conduct quality virtual sales calls with commercial and multi-family Property Managers
• Visit assigned markets for elevator and pool emergency monitoring needs
• Maintain minimum two initial sales meetings per day
• Spend two hours daily on new account hunting/prospecting
• Manage referrals, proposals, agreements, pricing, and closing sales
• Participate in approximately 15-20% outside in-market activity (tradeshows, association events) with limited overnight travel
• Collaborate with marketing team for tradeshows and market development support
• Develop proposals documenting total solutions to meet client needs
• Take ownership of assigned territory and control individual sales success
