Sales Development Rep

• You will engage potential clients through cold calling and email outreach
• Qualifying leads and scheduling face-to-face meetings for our outside sales team
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system
• Conducting in-depth market research and prospecting after tradeshows and events
• Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives and with prospects in assigned markets
• Participate in in-person training sessions during onboarding
• Participate in semi-annual departmental and company-wide kickoff events held in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area
• Comfortable initiating conversations through cold calling
• Identify opportunities and overcome challenges
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
